Title IX administrators are tasked with implementing an important civil rights policy to promote gender equity in higher education. Offering an expert in higher education policy perspective, the presenter will describe how campus-level Title IX administrators engage in policy activity, and explain how institutional leadership can support Title IX administrators in fulfilling their roles. The presenter will provide information based on original research conducted with Title IX administrators and other policy actors.
