The presenters will utilize their extensive experience implementing Title IX in higher education to instruct how to conduct fair, reliable, and compassionate proceedings for Title IX while taking your questions in an interactive environment. Title IX hearings under the 2020 Department of Education regulations are complex and high-pressure for all involved. The presenters will review best practices learned from over two years of hearings under the current regulations as well as the latest proposals for reforms to the hearing requirements.
