Some student affairs professionals who work in non-religious higher education contexts have questions about how, if at all, they may discuss their religious beliefs at work. The presenter will provide an overview of legal, developmental, and ethical considerations that should be factored into that decision along with recommendations about navigating potentially competing convictions in this regard.
