College leaders considering holistic advising redesign should adopt a systemic approach that includes strong visioning; action-oriented strategies; and a business-model lens to guide student success investment decisions. During this session, presenters will share key principles for prioritizing and governing new advising initiatives and explain the business-model case for making investment. They will present an advising sustainability framework and share resources and tools - including a financial model - to guide campus redesign efforts.
