Abstract
Presenters will share a rubric to guide equitable programming and outcomes assessment. This rubric was designed to align with student affairs professional standards related to both programming and assessment (i.e., ACPA-NASPA, ASK, CAS). Presenters will also share support resources that demonstrate how the rubric can be used to create or modify existing programming to be more equitable, to design equitable assessment processes, and to provide actionable feedback to increase fairness and inclusivity on campus.
