Abstract

Where do you begin to develop a structure of assessment within a division that has operated without one? The presenters will focus on the foundational year of building structure and staff capacity for assessment at a community college's division of student affairs. Included are steps to teach learning outcome development in the co-curricula. The presenters will share visuals on assessment plans, tools used to teach assessment, and data literacy through an equity lens.
