Abstract
During this session, the presenters will inspire and support current and former AVPs on approaches to supervision, coaching, and managing both up to their supervisors and down to supervisees. Panelists will offer reflections, strategies, and lessons for successfully navigating the AVP role with the demands of the higher education setting and the ever-changing educational landscape.
