Abstract
As we consider the future of the AVP role, a key component to flourishing will be to understand auxiliary units and the challenges and opportunities they present within student affairs, now and into the future. The presenters will explore the concept of auxiliaries within student affairs, the issues that can arise in leading these units, and, with participants, how they can enhance their competency when dealing with units within their portfolio.
