Abstract
The landscape of higher education is evolving at an unprecedented pace. As AVPs, external and internal influences challenge us to reimagine the ways we approach student learning, development, and success. We must do this by encouraging our reporting units to remain nimble and agile, while providing leadership to the division and institution as they do the same. Through leadership and strategic frameworks, the presenters will lead participants in strategizing ways to leverage challenges as opportunities to lead change.
