Abstract
In this session, the presenter will share information that leads to a deep understanding of the Warrior-Scholar Project's (WSP) pivotal role in supporting enlisted veterans and active-duty service members pursuing higher education. We'll explore how WSP boot camps shape informed consumers of higher education and foster resilient student veteran leaders, which could ultimately cause a ripple effect on their institution, elevating campus-wide persistence, retention, and graduation rates.
