Abstract
Advancing racial equity efforts at community colleges can be challenging but not impossible. We present the Advancing Racial Equity mode to help community college leaders gain a deeper awareness of the conditions that restrict or enable the institutionalization of racial equity efforts. The presenters will facilitate a session that guides attendees on ways to shift institutional conditions to advance racial equity efforts successfully.
