Abstract
Leaders in community colleges would benefit from practical tools that help them plan, execute, and assess their systemic change. We developed the Change Leadership Toolkit, a comprehensive guide with practice-based tools that aid leaders in advancing change initiatives at their institutions. We have developed a series of case studies that highlight specific systemic change projects and the actions leaders take, how their contexts shape change, and the levers they use to accelerate change toward achieving desired outcomes.
