Abstract
The journey of being a student affairs professional within academic affairs can be ultimately rewarding and complex. You will be encouraged to learn about, openly discuss, and safely share experiences. We will focus on institutional & college culture; leadership styles; initiating, growing, & retaining faculty collaborations; leading faculty in student affairs practices (& vice versa!); and translating across student & academic affairs departments.
