Abstract
Creating a pipeline of future leaders aids in supporting your own career growth and is essential in creating growth within leadership opportunities with staff. Creating future leaders will aid in delegating projects and tasks, giving staff the opportunity to advance, and provide clear pathways they can use towards their own goals. We will discuss the Leadership Pipeline Model, provide examples from real-world experiences from current middle managers that moved through the pipeline, and share the benefits of utilizing this model.
