Abstract

Mid-level administrators often face limitations in accessing professional development opportunites, that aren't confined to their roles or within the division. This session aims to guide attendees in strategic thinking about their professional growth, encouraging exploration of unique opportinities while identifying avenues for securing support amidst competing priorities and time constrants.
