Abstract
The presenter will share concrete strategies to enable vulnerable students to succeed academically and psychosocially, focusing on the positives of the Pandemic. Given our complex and ever-changing world, the presenter addresses how to improve educational institutions so they better serve their students. Relying on trauma theory, mental wellness theory, existing literature, and professional experiences teaching, we offer pathways for creating higher education change.
