Abstract
Mercy University received a 2-year federal grant to boost success in online and blended gateway Math and English classes, and leveraged these resources to empower faculty with timely data, employ students as Learning Assistants, and expand tutoring. The presenters will discuss the data-sharing and academic support strategies that have helped improve student outcomes and create momentum for several related institutional reforms including a new approach to the first-year experience and revisions to the general education curriculum.
