Abstract
At Georgia State University (GSU), administrators are leveraging focus groups to identify systemic barriers to student success. This initiative comes from the desire to hear directly from students about what they are experiencing. Presenters will share information about GSU’s focus groups and guide participants through a series of interactive, reflective exercises. These exercises will help facilitate conversations on how to apply focus groups on participants’ campuses and how this effective tool can support student success and wellbeing.
