Abstract
Success coaching, an emerging practice in higher education, has been applied to student engagement, persistence, and retention efforts. Recently identified as a Hispanic Serving Institute, Saddleback College began a success coaching program in the Fall of 2022, which focuses on providing knowledge of resources and services for students in an immersive way. The presenters will introduce success coaching, examples of applications of success coaching, and an in-depth look at what success coaching looks like at Saddleback College.
