Abstract
One of the most challenging aspects of big-picture thinking is refining potentially disparate goals of anticipating divisional and Senior Student Affairs Officer (SSAO) needs while contributing to initiatives beyond our field. We will engage in small group discussions and case studies to practice the Lippitt-Knoster Model for Managing Complex Change to strengthen cross-divisional working relationships. Also, through "managing up" practices, we will explore senior-level leader and organizational forecasting to prepare AVPs for anticipating divisional and institutional leadership needs.
