Succession planning is an essential tool for staff development and retention and can support institutional stability by focusing on identifying and nurturing leadership talent. This process involves assessing leadership, setting career goals, and developing staff to meet organizational needs. This workshop will share best practices and strategies for using succession planning to address individual strengths, blind spots, and development opportunities through effective organizational planning.
