Abstract
The presenters will share their experience with fostering a culture of mutual care among colleagues in a community college setting. Traits common to faculty and staff, such as kindness and care for others, are often exploited by the institution. The presenters explore ways to redirect and empower these positive qualities towards building a supportive, multigenerational peer network. By encouraging faculty and staff to care for one another, we ensure they also care for themselves.
