Abstract

This roundtable discussion will allow leadership educators the ability to engage in conversation with one another to share best practices as it relates to the leader identity, capacity, and efficacy development that occurs within their courses or co-curricular programs. The facilitators will lead a critical exploration of their own journeys in their leader identity, capacity, and efficacy development as leadership studies instructors and engage in conversations with other leadership educators on best practices to intentionally develop both their identity as leadership educators and that of their leadership learners. Participants will leave this discussion with additional resources to enhance their leadership educator praxis across contexts.
