Abstract
The organizer of this roundtable discussion seeks to explore how leadership learning is approached both in curricular and co-curricular ways for international students. International students are often expected to assimilate to U.S. culture, but more recent leadership research and scholarship pushes for culturally relevant leadership learning and decolonization of the westernized lens. While research has called for changes, is this being put into practice? How are we working to decolonize leadership education for international students in our own programs and research?
