Abstract
In 2022, faculty associates from the National Clearinghouse for Leadership Programs (NCLP) facilitated a conversation with LEI attendees interested in building a community of knowledge and practice on anti-racism in leadership education. A key outcome of that conversation was the need to build coalitions across associations and entities. Over the past two years, this conversation has expanded to friends at ACPA, NASPA, the International Leadership Association (ILA), and the Association of Leadership Educators (ALE). Join us at LEI 2024 for a roundtable session to learn about insights from dialogues across the wider leadership education community, dive into critical questions uncovered from those dialogues, and help us co-create next steps for building leadership educator capacity as anti-racist scholars and practitioners. Leadership educators at all levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to join.
