Abstract
In search of culturally responsive student leadership development tools, Denison University partnered with the Muhammad Ali Center to draw upon their curriculum to emphasize inclusivity and equity in student leadership development, particularly concerned with supporting historically underrepresented student leaders. In this session, the presenters will share a framework for culturally responsive student leadership development and showcase how universities are adopting this framework.
