Abstract

Many view digital badges and micro-credentials as a way to address the leadership “skill gap” that exists between where students graduate and where employers need new hires to be for early talent success. In this session, presenters will highlight their ongoing process for developing a digital badging program around leadership that utilizes a hybrid learning approach and practical application. Attendees will also gain insight into how to engage colleagues, students, and employers around this rapidly growing learning tool.
