Abstract
Once primarily seen as just a need in the international business community or for those who want to work in a country other than their own, calls for graduates and leaders with competence in cross-cultural interactions, utilizing multiple cultural perspectives, and a sense of global citizenship can now be found across the private, public and non-profit sectors (Forbes, 2014; NACE, 2022; Roberts, 2018). In this session, presenters will share unique models and best practices for leadership learning in a global context as well as provide support and discussion to help you start or advance international leadership learning on your campus!
