Abstract
This session will utilize Culturally Relevant Leadership Learning (CRLL) as its conceptual framework to engage in conversation with the course instructors of two undergraduate leadership courses and a panel moderator. These courses center on the intersections of gender and leadership, Black male leadership, and Latinx leadership. This session will be presented in a traditional panel format, and course instructors will be asked thought-provoking questions by our panel moderator. In addition to this, there will be a space for audience members to engage in this critical discourse by asking questions.
