This program will explore the collaboration between the Office of Co-Curricular and Leadership Development and Fraternity & Sorority Life to create a new Greek Emerging Leaders program dedicated to supporting new members and new leadership. Through an in-depth exploration of the program's framework, this session offers a thorough examination of its design and implementation strategies, providing attendees with practical guidance for adaptation to their respective campus community. Participants will gain valuable insights into fostering leadership efficacy and engagement within Greek organizations, tailored to the distinct needs of their institutions. We will delve into the collaborative process underpinning this transformative initiative, empowering participants to cultivate a standard culture of leadership excellence within their Greek communities.
