Abstract
The Human and Organizational Leadership Development (HOLD) undergraduate program addresses the workforce demand for entry-level professionals with organizational leadership skills and a collective desire for students to earn academic credit for their interest in leadership. Program evaluation has been a critical focus since the program’s launch three years ago. As the evaluation plan has evolved, the data collected has effectively informed program development. Presenters will discuss implementing an evaluation plan and how evaluation findings have guided program development.
