Abstract
In this session, the presenters will introduce the Well-Being & Leadership Transformation (WBLT) model they developed. As well-being continues to shape the experiences of students, faculty, and staff of universities, it is pivotal that we intentionally articulate the relationship between well-being and leadership. The presenters will speak to the relationship between well-being and leadership and will introduce the WBLT model as a way to conceptualize this relationship within your own space.
