Abstract
As the field of leadership education has changed and shifted, we have taken it upon ourselves to incorporate inclusive practices in our leadership development programs and classrooms. But who has this inclusivity included? This session will explore how leader identity development and bisexual identity development occur in tandem with one another through the exploration of critical incidents. The presenters of this session will engage with the presenters in a conversation on the history of leadership and bisexuality, the ways in which these identity development processes are connected for both leadership educators and leadership learners and share their critical hope for the field of leadership education from both the lens of developing a robust leadership research agenda and developing inclusive leadership development programming.
