Abstract

Take Chances, Make Mistakes, and Get Messy! The presenter will provide new leadership educators with an inside scoop on learning how to take leadership learning into outer space. Supported by the Social Cognitive Theory and the Relational Leadership Model, this session provides examples of non-traditional learning spaces that Florida State University’s Center for Leadership and Service uses, including when funds are a barrier. There will be an opportunity for collaboration in a brainstorming session to provide ways for participants to bring back a fresh approach to leadership learning, specifically the learning spaces. The presentation will conclude with a Q&A and closing remarks from the presenter.
