Abstract
This session will deeply explore a new organizational leadership model, the Foundational Leadership and Organizational Wellness (FLOW) Model, focused on individual and organizational thriving. The new model focuses heavily on leadership identity, capacity, and efficacy development of individuals and organizations. The model will be shared during the presentation as well as quantitative data evidence showing the model’s impact on the community it has been used with on a college campus over the last six years.
