Are you looking to make learning more powerful and develop deeper connections for students participating in your leadership programs? Presenters from the University of Michigan’s Sanger Leadership Center invite you to explore how to enhance and level up your leadership learning communities with small-group peer learning in spaces with psychological safety where students can expand upon and apply content in intentional ways. During the session, presenters will share strategies to develop psychological safety to keep conversations within peer learning groups honest and powerful. The presenters will also provide tips and tools for how to create and foster the space needed to ensure your students engaged in your leadership learning communities thrive.
