Abstract
Members of the International Leadership Association (ILA) Committee for the Advancement of Leadership Programs will share insights and lessons learned for integrating the ILA's “General Principles for Leadership Programs” and "Guiding Questions: Guidelines for Leadership Education Programs," into organizational work. The workshop will involve peer-to-peer exploration of the principles and how to integrate them into program design and review.
