Abstract
All students at Elon University complete at least two experiential learning requirements (ELR) before graduation (Leadership, Service-Learning, Study Abroad, Undergraduate Research, and Internship). Presenters will share how the Leadership ELR is structured and administered, and how mentoring and reflection are a strongly embedded component. Participants will learn about the F.I.R.E. Toolkit and how they might adapt the ELR to their campus as a co-curricular program vs. a university requirement.
