Abstract
One of the major challenges in teaching leadership education post-pandemic is deciding what content and activities to retain each semester. In this session, facilitators explore teaching the same group dynamics course online and in person. They share their collaborative journey in planning and executing teaching strategies to meet core learning outcomes. The session includes a mix of independent and interactive activities, videos, and insights from current research. Drawing on theories of connectedness, cognition, and social construction, it provides practical strategies for fostering student relationships and designing effective assignments and assessments. Participants will discover innovative ways to enhance learning experiences, ensuring that students remain engaged and connected in any learning environment. This session is ideal for faculty and administrators seeking to integrate best practices into a post-pandemic educational landscape.
