Abstract
Momentum, a centralized leadership program within the Division of Student Affairs, transforms new leaders into self-aware, articulate, and team-oriented change makers. Completion of any program level allows students to advance to the next offering. The series emphasizes common learning outcomes, preparing young leaders for roles within their affiliated areas or the broader campus community. During this presentation, practitioners will learn best practices for developing and sustaining effective leadership programs, including fostering inclusion through partnerships. Presenters will share insights on program evolution, challenges, and strategies for success.
