Abstract

Session Title: Featured Session – Insights from Current VPSAs and AVPs: An Interactive Discussion with SSAOs Who Led from the Middle

Current AVPs and VPSAs will respond to questions during a moderated panel by NASPA President Kevin Kruger on topics relevant to mid-level student professionals. Topics to be covered will include navigating campus politics including power structures, managing up and down, resource allocation, self-care strategies, building collaborative partnerships, and more.
