Abstract
New student government advisors and seasoned professionals alike will have the opportunity to review best practices and set a course for the year ahead in this pre-conference workshop. Led by the Student Government Knowledge Community, this session will cover topics ranging from “I’m a student government advisor, now what?” to emerging trends and legal issues related to working with student government. The presenters will help participants gain the information, confidence, and tools necessary to be successful in their role as a student government advisor.
