Abstract
Centering on the theme of Sustaining and Celebrating the Profession, the LKC will offer a full day of immersive engagement and professional development dedicated to enhancing educational practices and support systems for Latinx/a/o students, scholars, and practicioners in higher education. This pre-conference workshop aims to convene educators, administrators, and researchers to explore innovative strategies, share best practices, and foster collaboration to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the Latinx/a/o community in higher education.
