Abstract

Women often face a challenging conundrum: Should we progress in our career or build a family? Join us for an extended discussion and panel with MVPs (Mom VPs) who will share varied paths to both. In this session, participants will engage around this important topic, develop strategies for work life integration, and learn from the lived experiences of senior student affairs officers. Facilitators will model curiosity and vulnerability while cultivating a space that centers reflection, dialogue and connection.
