Abstract
Cultivating a healthy workplace environment for staff to grow personally and professionally can be linked directly to how supervisors manage, coach, and mentor their teams. We believe that exploring your capacity for emotional intelligence will allow you to build trust and accountability, honoring individual strengths and growth areas that move your team’s collective goals forward. The facilitators will share experiences in supervision, create a safe space to share, and provide takeaways that may benefit attendees’ practices.
