13970 - An Evolving Landscape: An update from the American College Health Association's (ACHA) Reproductive Rights Task Force

Abstract: 

The American College Health Association’s (ACHA) created a task force in August 2022 to examine reproductive rights and how the Supreme Court Dobbs ruling affects college health services. Presenters from this task force will share findings from their paper, “Recommendations for Providing Health Care in a Changing Landscape,” focusing on current reproductive rights issues like interstate and intrastate legal issues, strategies to mitigate impacts on reproductive health services, and the impacts of Dobbs on higher education.
