Early in 2024, all professional staff working at Indiana University Recreational Sports participated in the first cohort of the Recreation for Wellbeing course. As a team, we gained a strong foundation for impacting overall wellbeing at Indiana University and fully supporting the campus strategic plan, learning important concepts involving system change, the inter-association definition of wellbeing, and shared terminology.
