This session will demonstrate will share how one institution created a multi-channel campaign focused on stories of mistakes, missteps, and failures of its leaders. The goals of the campaign are to normalize challenges, develop reframing skills, and develop community. Attendees will learn about how we developed, deployed, and continue to evolve the campaign in year two.The presentation will highlight ideas to solve real-time campus issues, strategies to expand social campaigns into physical spaces, and methods for building student buy-in.
