Abstract
Spend a day with seven current senior leaders exploring what it means to be an AVP or similar role: from strategy development and implementation, to team development, budget, data, and politics. Facilitators will help attendees to leverage their strengths regardless of professional identities, and walk away with individualized plans for next steps. While the program is focused on current Directors, sitting AVPs/similar and those not yet a Director will likely benefit and enrich the conversation.
