Abstract
Recognized first to provide training on campuses for behavioral health services across the continuum, the Ohio Program for Campus Safety and Mental Health has shaped the uniqueness of how Ohio’s campus-community partnerships leverage an approach to promoting wellness and well-being. We will divulge on the strategies as a CCoE demonstrating cross-collaboration along with other state partner agencies and campuses. This model provides a mechanism to address the unique needs of students meeting the criteria for mental health and AOD diagnoses.
Learning Outcomes
Discuss how campus communities can serve as a mechanism to address the unique behavioral health needs of college students.
Identify effective opportunities and strategies for collaboration with campus community partners to improve overall student, staff, and faculty wellbeing.
Foster a forum for participants to discuss comprehensive frameworks for how to engage and model partnerships within their campus communities.
